Semicon West 2008
AmberWave Systems will be speaking at this year’s  SEMICON West 2008, which takes place July 15-17 in San  Francisco.
 
From photovoltaic to fuel cells, energy harvesting,  and other energy technologies enabled by thin film manufacturing, SEMICON West  2008 will showcase the materials, equipment and trends shaping the future of  renewable energy applications and manufacturing.  

James Fiorenza, director of research for AmberWave  Systems, will be participating in the technical forum track, “Device Scaling  TechXPOT” from 11:30 a.m. – 11:50 a.m. on Tuesday, July 15 in the North Hall  of the Moscone Center. His presentation is entitled, “Aspect Ratio  Trapping: An Enabling Technology for Germanium and III-V MOSFET  Integration.”
